Meet Joshua!

Hi there my name is Joshua,

My name is Joshua. Before coming into the Community House my life consisted of drugs and alcohol use religiously. I was homeless and ran away from everything that mattered or held dear. I have been at the Community House since Nov 14th, 2025.

In that time, I have been able to have my children back in my life. I am towards the end of my outpatient treatment. I’am 100% compliant with drug court. I have worked on myself and gained healthy coping skills. I have healthy family relationships. I am currently enrolled in college where I am beginning my substance use disorder studies.

I have accomplished a lot of goals and have many more ahead of me. I am grateful for the Community House program and CORE Health for where I am at today. I have goals of applying for employment at CORE Health after getting my AAS in substance use disorder studies.
